luck33 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "luck33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the luck33 platform operated at luck33.one.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the luck33 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created on luck33.one.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated balance associated with your luck33 Account.
• "Platform" refers to the luck33 website, associated mobile browser interfaces, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible thereunder.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any game or betting activity conducted using funds deposited into a luck33 Wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the luck33 platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the luck33 platform and close your Account.

3. Eligibility

Use of the luck33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account. luck33 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee of luck33 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the luck33 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. luck33 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in any particular location. Players in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling laws vary and it is your personal responsibility to comply with applicable local regulations before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from luck33 or subject to a self-exclusion order.

4. Account Registration

To access Real Money Play on luck33, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual may hold only one Account on luck33. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted via your Account is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• luck33 may request identity verification documents (including CNIC, passport, or utility bill) at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account restriction.
• luck33 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account at its discretion, including where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or legal obligation to do so.

5. Deposits & Payments

luck33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time at luck33's discretion.

• The minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 500. Limits for other methods are displayed in the Wallet section of your Account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. luck33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• luck33 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own charges. Check your provider's terms before initiating a transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this occurs within 1–5 minutes. luck33 is not liable for delays attributable to payment processing networks, banking systems, or mobile wallet providers.
• luck33 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of Real Money balances are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account email must be verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. luck33 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
• luck33 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing timelines.
• Bonus balances and winnings derived entirely from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• luck33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is an active investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

luck33 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. The applicable multiple (e.g., 30×) will be stated in the offer. Until this requirement is met, bonus-derived balances are not withdrawable.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per individual, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times will result in forfeiture and may trigger an Account review.
• luck33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• Where a bonus is credited in error, luck33 may reverse the credit and any winnings derived therefrom.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on luck33 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport- or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant section. Key general rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. luck33 is not liable for errors made by the player in selecting bet type, amount, or market.
• luck33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at materially incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing feed failure.
• In live casino games, the outcome recorded by the game provider's server is final. luck33 is not responsible for outcomes affected by client-side connection failures.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed within each game or market. These limits may be varied for individual accounts at luck33's discretion.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck33 platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with games or markets.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player environment.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another individual.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as an agent or syndicate without express written approval from luck33.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any relevant balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

luck33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void balances, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraud, failure to provide verification documents, regulatory requirement, or at the player's own request. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the live support team.

11. Responsible Gaming

luck33 is committed to player welfare and provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss caps, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools proactively.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck33's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. luck33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from platform use, interruption of service, or payment processing delays.

luck33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may carry out maintenance, updates, or emergency shutdowns at any time with or without prior notice.

14. Privacy

luck33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

15. Amendments to These Terms

luck33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the luck33 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the luck33 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution via luck33's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable to the platform's regulatory framework.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
